"Saline--Proud of our past and confident of our future"

Generous incentives and quality building sites

When it comes to prime industrial development land, Saline is high on supply and low on price. Our City has four zoned and platted industrial parks totaling more than 383 acres.

Industrial park lots can be split or combined to make your  relocation cost-effective.  Once you do relocate, Saline continues to work with you to keep your business growing and prosperous.

Financial incentives are determined on an individual basis. They range from direct financial cost reductions (cost offsets) to assistance on infrastructure, from industrial revenue bonds to 12-year tax abatements, and from economic development block grants to job training incentives.
