The city manager is the administrative agent of the city and performs
duties delegated by the council and the mayor. The manager is responsible
for directing, supervising and coordinating the work of all existing city
departments and staff. In addition the manager shall maintain a central
personnel service for all city departments and recommend to the council on
such measures as deemed necessary or appropriate for the improvement of the
city or its services.

The administrative assistant handles personnel matters and scheduling for
Mayor and Manager.
