City Treasurer: Mickie Jo Bennett ext# 2203
The City Treasurer is responsible for the collection and reconciliation of all city funds, including taxes, water & sewer, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. In addition to the supervision of customer service at the City Hall front Counter and the Municipal Ordinance Violation Bureau.

Deputy Treasurer: Donna Willbanks ext# 2202
The Deputy Treasurer calculates and generates Tax Bills, Payroll and jointly works with the City Manager to administer the city's information technology system.

Utility Billing: Karen Leshkevich ext# 2204
Handles the calculation, printing and distribution of the quarterly water and sewer billing. In addition to customer service support at the front counter,prepares accounts receivables and handles bank reconciliation issues and the billing and reconciling of civil infractions.

Customer Service: Mary Partridge ext# 2219
Handles the inquiries and collections at the front counter at city hall, in addition to performing the daily deposit and handles the inquiries of mortgage and closing agencies for tax purposes.
