Dog Park to re-open

The Dog Park at Mill Pond Park will re-open on Saturday, May 10, 2008.  DPW crews  applied a top dressing and grass seed to several areas.  You will see the loose straw that is protecting the newly sprouted grass seed.  If at all possible, try to steer your canine friend away from those areas so the grass seed can establish a better root system.   Thank you for your patience and remember…….”give a hoot, pick up your poop”

Until Saturday, there are a couple of alternative dog parks that we can direct you to:

1.Copper Leaf Crossing at Pleasant Lake Rd/Saline Ann Arbor Rd
2.  Ann Arbor Dog park at Ellsworth/Platt.
